**Guest Services - Bell person / Ranch Hand (Napa, CA)**

**Role Summary**

**The Bell primary role is to warmly welcome all Guests to the property. Assists with the placement and removal of luggage from Guest vehicles and safely park and retrieve their cars. In this role you will guide our guests to their accommodations and explain the full layout of the property and rooms. You will handle any service needs guests might have and communicate those to the appropriate departments. Throughout the day you will be responding to guest requests, golf car rides, luggage assistance and guest deliveries.**

**Core Responsibilities**

**The key responsibilities for this position are:**

* **Warm and friendly welcoming of all guests.**

* **Handling and delivering of luggage.**

* **Parking and retrieving of all guest vehicles.**

* **Explains Resort facilities and answers any questions guests may have about the property.**

* **Always recommends Resort outlets and services during guests stay.**

* **Escorting the guests to their room and completing a thorough orientation of the room.**

* **Respond to guest requests for rides and luggage assistance.**

* **Maintaining a tide bell area and clean golf carts**

* **Assist guests if service team members are busy, offering refreshments and engaging guests in conversations.**

**Qualifications**

* **High school or equivalent (Preferred)**

* **Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)**

* **Driver's License (Preferred)**

* **Knowledgeable about the Valley and surroundings**

* **Naturally warm, friendly and caring personality**
