Role Overview:

As a Fundraising Advisor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Lokobee's growth and expansion. Your expertise will guide our efforts in securing funding for our seed round, aimed at propelling the development and deployment of the AI tool. This position offers a unique opportunity to join an established venture with 3 years of traction that is innovating in a high growth space (AI). Our team has the fundraising materials in place, and is looking for an advisor to help connect us to investor networks and refine investor strategies. Compensation will be in the form of cash (success fee) + sizable equity in Lokobee.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential investors, including venture capitalists, angel investors, and other financial entities, to present Lokobee s value proposition and investment potential.
• Coordinate and manage investor relations, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Collaborate with the Lokobee leadership team to refine fundraising pitches, update business plans, and prepare financial forecasts.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of investor interactions and preferences to enhance fundraising efforts.
• Provide strategic advice on market trends, investor concerns, and potential fundraising challenges.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fundraising or financial advisory roles, preferably in the tech or startup sectors.
• Strong network of contacts within the investment community.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts in clear, persuasive language.
• Experience in structuring deals and understanding of financial instruments like SAFE notes.
• Knowledge of the food-tech industry and AI technologies is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
