Russell Square (RS) is a multi-state developer and licensed general contractor with employees currently based in five states in the western half of the United States. We specialize in multifamily development and are responsible for all phases of the real estate development process from site selection to lease-up. Our current pipeline consists of 2300+ apartments slated to begin construction over the coming 14 months in various states.

We are seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team. The position is full-time, year-round and includes weekend work, overtime, and overtime.

Job Description:

- Perform site cleanup daily.

- Organize and clean apartment buildings under construction.

- Ensure safety standards are followed.

- Organize material around the site and within buildings under construction.

- Perform general labor tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more

- Must be able to work in all weather conditions (indoor and outdoor)

- Must be able to work at heights up to 50' tall while maintaining a safe working environment

- Must have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision

- Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

- Must have the ability to use basic hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, etc.
