What you will do
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley is looking for Kids for All Seasons (KFAS) Attendants. KFAS Attendants provide a fun, safe and interesting, environment for Guests five to twelve years old while complying with all Four Seasons Standards and PoliciesThe KFAS Attendant handles all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort, comply with all Four Seasons' policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Organize, monitor, and participate in daily activities (including: outdoor games and activities, arts and crafts) based on ages and skill level of children ensuring safety of children.
- React to changes in scheduling, weather or number of children with prepared back up plans.
- Arrange for food from In Room Dining as required by guests. Assist with service.
- Assist in handling guest requests, complaints and any special problems keeping management well informed of action and follow up.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of facility, toys and activities throughout shift, ensure proper standards of hygiene and functioning of equipment.
- Prepare monthly inventory of supplies and list of supplies to be ordered.
- Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Pool and Front Office.
- Answer questions about Napa Valley and surrounding areas.
- Play a variety of sports and recreational activities
- Retain accurate records: children in attendance, safety waivers, children's birthdays and cards
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management.
What you bring- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR, First Aid certified and Heimlich maneuver.
- At least 6 months' working with children in all age groups.
- Knowledge of Napa Valley and surrounding areas, highly desirable, however not required.
- Must be flexible with schedule- Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shifts.
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Outgoing personality and at ease with customers.
This position is

Schedule & Hours:- Flexible schedule required - KFAS is offered 7 days a week, including holidays.
- Position is on-call. Scheduling is based on business needs and will vary each week.
