Responsibilities

• Support the Network Infrastructure environment with a service-oriented approach, ensuring efficient delivery to meet customer needs and service expectations.
• Work within establish configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
• Lead engineering, design, deployment, troubleshooting and administration of network infrastructure solutions, including:
• WAN Services solutions, supporting wide area network circuits, internet circuits, Point to Point Circuits, and 3rd Party Fabric solutions.
• Wired/Wireless LAN Services solutions including performance monitoring and management, Layer 1, Layer 2 and Layer 3 solutions.
• Third Party Services solutions, ensuring security and access integration into the network.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in a network engineering role in a Cisco environment.
• 8 years of experience in supporting and managing hosted Data Centers.
• 8 years of experience working in an Azure environment.
• Experience transitioning an On-Prem network to the cloud, preferably Azure.
• Certifications - CCNA or CCNP (R&S)
• Cisco Networking Equipment (Routers, Switches, Wireless, Firewalls, etc.)
• ITIL Certification and experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management skills with experience in managing medium to large IT projects.
• Excellent reasoning skills to evaluate multiple potential solutions to complex problems.
