Onward Health is hiring compassionate Driver Companions to assist our riders in Santa Rosa, CA! Are you passionate about serving the community and providing senior/elder care?

Note, this is an Independent Contractor position.

Requirements:

• Compassionate and eager to help out others
• Patient, kind and helpful
• Have your own car that is 2013 or newer
• Have a clean driving record and background
• Must pass a Drug Screening, Livescan background check, and TB Test
• Must show proof of flu and Hep B vaccines or sign a declination form
• Flexible availability during the week, 9-5
• Comfortable making $20-24/hour and working part-time, flexible hours
• Willing to take long distance trips is a plus!

Onward is NOT an on-demand rideshare service.

How is this different than other rideshare services?

• Onward is different in two distinct ways. First, our rides are scheduled and you get paid by the hour, not the trip. This allows you to plan around your schedule and drive when works best for you.
• Second, our passengers are seniors or those who need a little extra help. This may include things like getting in and out of the car, or waiting for them while they run an errand.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
