Class C Delivery Driver in Fairfield, California

Shift: 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM OR 5:00AM-1:30PM
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays
Class C Delivery Driver Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Will drive a bobtail flatbed truck with lift gate
- Receives orders through supervisor from prepared and prioritized work tags.
- Pulls orders from inventory, manually and/or utilizing forklift
- Prepares materials for delivery to and/or pick up by customers.
- Packs materials in boxes or on pallets (as appropriate), and labels accordingly.
- Checks filled orders prior to delivery or pick up to ensure accuracy and timeliness of order.
- General warehouse clean up, both indoor and outdoor
- Properly loading and unloading trucks to protect boxes and goods.
- Local driving, delivering to worksites
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop and operate equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Class C Driver.
- Good verbal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and customer focused.
- Must have DOT Med Card
- Valid California Class C CDL with a clean driving record.
- Background check and drug screen prior to start date.
