What you'll do?

• Own and build core product features, from AI-driven interactions to user engagement strategies.
• Experiment relentlessly - growth hacking, optimizing marketing, and pushing boundaries.
• Apply AI tools to boost efficiency and innovation.
• Work directly with the founders to shape the company's direction.

What the company is looking for?

• Tech Agnostic Engineers, there is no preference in terms of technology used here.
• Strong engineering fundamentals – A rigorous CS background or equivalent.
• Creative problem-solver – You love finding scrappy ways to get things done.
• Growth & product mindset – You think beyond code; you build with users in mind.
• Relentless drive – You want to be the best at what you do and aren't afraid to go all in.
• Experience with AI, gaming, social, or consumer products is a plus.

Location:

• They're currently remote but expect to move to a hybrid setup in the Bay Area - so being based in, or open to relocating to, California is preferred.
