LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist/Administrator to safeguard the organization's cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. This position is responsible for implementing and managing robust security solutions and processes that identify, detect, respond to, and recover from cyber threats and vulnerabilities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in cybersecurity risk assessments, incident response, and maintaining enterprise-level security solutions.

This is a HYBRID role 3 days a week on-site and 2 days remote. Position will be located within the Marin County area. 90 probationary period on-ramp notice, will be required to be on-site most of the week to start (4-5 days on-site)

Responsibilities:

• Risk Assessments & Threat Modeling: Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments, threat modeling, and analysis to ensure systems are secure from cyber threats.
• Incident Response: Lead incident response efforts by promptly addressing security incidents, coordinating remediation, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Security Documentation & Policies: Develop, maintain, and disseminate policies, procedures, action plans, and related cybersecurity documentation.
• Cybersecurity Training & Awareness: Oversee and manage enterprise-wide cybersecurity training programs to ensure compliance and raise awareness within the organization.
• Vulnerability Management: Administer and sustain an enterprise vulnerability management program, addressing potential vulnerabilities and patch management.
• Cloud & On-Premises Security: Monitor and analyze cloud, on-premises, and hybrid systems to identify and mitigate intrusions or security breaches.
• System & Network Monitoring: Conduct daily security monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems, and processes.
• Documentation of Threat Intelligence: Document, record, and report on cyber threat intelligence gathered from law enforcement and industry sources.
• Audit & Compliance: Perform comprehensive audits and inspections to ensure cybersecurity compliance across all systems.
• Additional Duties: Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licenses & Certifications Preferred: Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC). (ISC)2, GIAC, ISACA, or similar cybersecurity certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a cybersecurity or related role, with responsibilities including system and network monitoring and analysis.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in administering and troubleshooting enterprise data center systems and cloud environments.
• 5 or more years of experience within IT Support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, compliance, and auditing practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with various stakeholders and peers. 10/10 Communication.

Salary & Benefits Expectations: 115,000 - 130,000 yearly base salary
