Are you a Project Manager of Residential Landscape Construction with a track record of profitable on-time completion, attention to detail and strong communications?

Our Client a local, family-owned and operated business with over 30 years in professional landscape managementon the most outstanding properties, in one of the most sought after regions on the planet is seeking a Project Manager in the Napa-Sonoma market

This role is responsible for completion of high-end residential landscape construction projects overseeing all phases of multiple projects of $500K+ through all stages to completion:
• Strong communication skills with the internal design & construction team and clients
• Coordinate crew leaders, equipment, materials, and subcontractors across multiple projects
• Manage project expenses and labor to maximize profits
• Ensure highest detail, quality and on-time completion of project for clients

Requirements:
• 5-7 yrs managing high-end ($50K - $500K+) residential landscape installations
• Software technical experience, Crew Mobile, Aspire, other construction PM programs
• 4 year Degree in Landscape Design, Construction, Civil Engineering, or Landscape Architecture.
