We have a career opportunity for an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our Hyundai team in Rowland Heights, CA. Responsibilities

1. Perform work outlined on repair orders in an efficient and accurate manner
2. Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems
3. Perform repair, maintenance, and warranty work in a timely fashion
4. Road-test to confirm vehicle's repairs will meet or exceed customer expectations
5. Communicate with Service Advisor if additional service is recommended
6. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
7. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
8. Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain Customer Satisfaction Scores
9. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or Equivalent
2. 2 years shop experience highly preferred
3. Hyundai or KIA experience preferred
4. Must have own tools
5. Outgoing, people-oriented, and foster an environment of collaboration
6. Proficient time management and organizational skills
7. Exemplary communication and customer service skills
8. Motivated, self-starter with a superior work ethic
9. Team player with a positive attitude
10. Pass background screening, pre-placement drug screening and must have an acceptable MVR
