Job Overview

As a Sales Lead, you will lead the store in achieving sales goals, ensure Customer Care compliance, and maintain loss prevention standards. You will be present during peak customer traffic, assist in training staff, and implement promotional activities. Upholding all policies and maintaining a positive environment are essential.

Essential Functions

1. Ensure safety, environmental policies, and store cleanliness.
2. Collaborate with sales team to improve results.
3. Train and develop sales staff, communicate policies, and lead by example.
4. Assist with sales reports, customer care, and team meetings.
5. Train staff on selling effectiveness and ensure compliance with all policies.
6. Safeguard company assets and promote a positive work environment.
7. Support team members and handle customer interactions requiring management assistance.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Commitment to safety at all times.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
3. Ability to work retail hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
4. Reliable transportation.
5. Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
6. Knowledge of automotive parts and customer receipts.
7. Professional appearance and adherence to dress code.
8. Retail experience preferred but not required.

Physical Activities

Standing, lifting, walking, bending, and stretching are regularly required.

Job Conditions

Exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and machinery.
