Manager, Attractions Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift

This position is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the management team, maintaining operational plans, and ensuring guest and team member satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, budgeting, safety, guest experience, team supervision, incident investigation, and supporting safety and satisfaction programs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in theme parks or hospitality, with guest service experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Desired Characteristics:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Hospitality (highly preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Experience managing in union environments, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and guest service expertise.

Additional Requirements:

• On-site full-time work at NBCUniversal-designated location.

The salary range is $80,000 - $90,000, plus bonus eligibility. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and discounts.
