Essel Environmental is hiring a Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO).
In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the projects comply with local, state, and federal health and safety guidelines and procedures. You will ensure the safety of all employees, make sure all projects are up to code, and provide advice and recommendations for safety improvements.
Below is a list of SSHO responsibilities but not limited to. They may have more duties depending on the project:
The list below are the most common qualifications required to be an SSHO, however, some projects will require more than this list. Some must have proven experience with Fall Protection (including elevated platforms), Scaffolding, Steel Erection, Excavation, Cranes, etc:
Must be able to submit to a background check and drug test.
