About the Role
Are you passionate about leading dynamic teams and ensuring the smooth, efficient flow of exceptional dairy products from our Petaluma creamery to our valued consumers? We're looking for a driven and experienced Distribution Manager to spearhead our warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring our delicious products reach their destination with speed, precision, and the utmost care. Join our team and play a vital role in bringing the Clover Sonoma promise to consumers every day! The Distribution Manager will strategically lead Clover's distribution and warehouse operations. This role involves driving the team to consistently surpass performance objectives on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis through effective leadership and strategic oversight. The Manager will proactively address operational challenges and ensure optimal efficiency. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations, this position demands a results-oriented, experienced professional capable of managing complex logistics and a large team union and non-union team.
