Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years of experience in designing and developing power electronics/power conversion products.
• Proven track record of delivering creative, practical solutions to complex power electronics challenges.
• Expertise in leading the development of power systems including DC/DC, AC/DC rectifiers, solar inverters, UPS, and variable speed drives.
• Solid understanding of power electronics fundamentals.
• Experience with power converter modeling and simulation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams and present to executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
