Selectek is looking for a BIM Operator who will be responsible for preparing shop drawings with Revit, ensuring compliance with project standards, and coordinating with other trades.

Required:

• Bachelor Degree in Architectural or Electrical Engineering OR 2-5 years of industry experience
• Proficient use of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and CAD
• Familiarity with Dynamo and BIM 360
• Excellent planning and organization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure compliance with BIM execution plans
• Participate in coordination meetings
• Coordinate with other trades and resolve clashes
• Develop shop drawings

Pay Range: $36.06/hour - $52.88/hour ($75,000 - $110,000 annual salary)
Pay method when direct: Salary
Term of assignment: 6 months contract to direct
Location of Job: Vacaville, CA
WFH: could be possible down the road
Remote: No
Hours & Shift: Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM
Overtime: Some on occasion
Travel: None
Work Attire: Business casual
