Position: Non-Exempt / Hourly
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
Training Wage: $16.50-- $22.00 / hr for three months, paid bi-weekly!
Post Training Wage: Continuous base pay of $16.50 / hr PLUS uncapped commission - We don't cap our commission!

- Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service

- Become an expert in our products and services through training
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures and support warehouse/delivery teams
- 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged
- Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills
- Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus
