Field Sales Specialist - Mass Spectrometry (MS)

Join a leading provider of innovative Mass Spectrometry solutions within a dynamic and rewarding sales environment. We are looking for an experienced and driven Field Sales Specialist to strengthen our presence and drive sales of high-performance MS instruments and application solutions across proteomics, metabolomics, and molecular imaging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a defined sales territory, primarily focusing on the San Francisco Peninsula.
• Showcase and promote advanced Mass Spectrometry systems and solutions to various life science sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities to drive growth and contribute to market expansion.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Deliver precise monthly forecasts and comprehensive reports to the Regional Manager; consistently achieve or surpass sales targets.

Your Qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related life science field.
• Demonstrated experience in technical sales; experience with Mass Spectrometry is strongly preferred, though capital equipment sales experience will also be considered.
• Self-starter with a proactive, adaptable approach and exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Compensation:

• Base salary ranging from $100K to $140K, plus $60K to $70K at plan (uncapped commission structure).
• Monthly vehicle allowance and reimbursement for all business-related travel.
