Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic, goal-driven individual excited to create joyful, unforgettable hospitality experiences for our guests! As the Visitor Center Team Lead, you'll lead tastings, share the estate & museum story, serve wines with paired bites, and bring our brand's warmth to life. You'll work closely with the Tasting Room Manager to supervise the team and handle administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Excel in hosting Private Groups, Trade Gatherings, Corporate Events, and Culinary Programs.
• Perform tasks with excellence and pride.
• Communicate maintenance needs promptly.
• Keep the Visitor Center, Museum, Wine Shop, and facilities clean.
• Share any needs or concerns with your manager.
• Support team members and assist Managers as needed.
• Participate in ongoing staff education.
• Host events, VIP tours, and serve as a Museum Docent.
• Conduct off-site wine presentations.
• Attend monthly Staff Meetings.
• Engage in continued education and training.
• Maintain a polished, passionate, professional appearance as the face of Hess Persson Estates.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Perform opening procedures with pride.
• Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years relevant experience with strong customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects independently.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Availability for weekends and holidays.
• Experience with Tock and Commerce 7 is a plus but willing to train.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Perform strenuous tasks outdoors in varying weather.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Stand for extended periods and walk on various terrains.

Compensation ranges from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
