Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop core modules using Erlang for scalable, distributed platforms.
• Lead the implementation of key product features and tackle complex system-level challenges.
• Work closely with system architects to define technical roadmaps and detailed designs.
• Optimize and refactor existing code to improve system reliability and performance.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and promote best practices within the engineering team.
• Use simulations and testing tools to validate large-scale system behavior and performance.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Erlang and its concurrency model (processes, message passing, supervision trees).
• Experience building distributed, high-availability systems.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Solid background in SQL/RDBMS in production environments.
• Understanding of software design patterns, OOP, and system design principles.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git.
