CLINICAL TRIAL LEAD- 12 month contract

SUMMARY:

Clinical Operations Professional needed to support a dynamic biotech team's clinical trial planning and execution activities, and to provide ongoing strategic and operational guidance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Support site activation, site communications, and internal cross-functional department communications

* CRO & other vendor selection, communications, management and oversight, metrics tracking, etc.

* Meeting planning, training and presentations

* Support development of study protocols, forms, risk management plans, and provide audit support, as needed

* Contract and budget reviews and negotiations

* Other duties, as required

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

* 8 years of clinical research experience

* 5+ years of experience leading clinical trials as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Manager, AD of Clinical Operations, or equivalent, including strong expertise in oncology trial study leadership working directly for sponsor companies, and managing CRO & other Vendors.

* Experience supervising or managing internal employees

* Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and negotiation communication skills

* Excellent computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite and Clinical Trial Databases

* Relevant BS degree

LOCATION:

Work will be performed onsite in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Some remote work, up to 2 days per week, may be accommodated.
