We're a rapidly growing company specializing in water heater installation. We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Richmond, CA by August 11th! You'll be operating box trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks while keeping our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently.

• Must have a valid WA State Driver's License, be at least 25 years old with a clean driving record.

SALARY: $21 - $22/hr DOE + Monthly bonus of up to $300.00. (That's an extra $3,600/year!)

SCHEDULE: Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Full-time, 40 hours/week. (Possible OT)

Please note: We will perform background checks and drug screening with an offer of employment. ** You will need to have a good Driving record; provide 3 references, as well as be able to pass our drug screen & background check if given an offer of employment. ** This position is located in our Richmond, CA warehouse.

What you bring to the job:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse-related positions
• Basic math skills
• Handy with Tablets, basic computer function knowledge (copy, paste, control functions, etc.)
• 1+ years of experience in Inventory Management (Tanks and Parts) is a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly - both written and verbal format
• Familiarity of MS Office [we use Outlook, TEAMS & Excel]
• Experience with database software (Service Titan used here)
• Valid and active CA State Driver's License [You will be driving a small 12 ft. box truck on a regular basis to deliver, pick-up or assist. This can be up to 3x/week.] You must be 25 yrs of age with 2+ years of driving experience with a good driving record
• Forklift operation certification (or the ability to become forklift certified)
• High School Diploma or GED

DUTIES to Expect:

• Moving tanks and parts around the warehouse
• Perform accurate monthly tank inventories and daily cycle counts
• Help with Stock Rotations
• Perform cleaning and maintenance on stock, equipment, and facilities
• Data entry to create purchase orders, process returns and exchanges; as well as apply for, process, and/or receive permits as needed
• Assist installation technicians as Plumbers Helper in the field as needed
• Participate in safety teams as needed
• Support General Manager with other warehouse duties as they apply
