Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in tasting rooms, offices, production areas, and public spaces. Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces at standard heights. Sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors; restock supplies. Clean fermentation tanks, barrels, tools, hoses, drains, and other equipment to maintain hygiene standards. Promptly clean spills, especially in high-traffic and production areas. Maintain patios, walkways, outdoor seating, and landscaped areas by removing trash, debris, and leaves. Power wash outdoor surfaces as needed. Empty trash, recycling, and compost bins; ensure proper waste disposal per winery policies. Monitor waste levels and coordinate vendor removal services. Follow OSHA and regulatory guidelines for cleaning and material handling. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
