American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least one year of recent skilled home health experience and BCLS certification for a day shift assignment.

Job Details

•Home health setting covering Napa, CA and surrounding areas,
•Shift is 5x8 hour days, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no accommodation for 4x10 or 3x12 shifts,
•Patient ratio is 1:1 with up to 6 patients per day and a standard of 30 productivity points,
•Requires coverage of one weekend shift per contract,
•No floating between units required, but travelers must be willing to float between facilities within the state if needed,
•EPIC EMR system is used and experience with EPIC is required,
•No standard color for attire or scrubs is required,

Job Requirements

•Current PT license required if applicable,
•Minimum 1 year of recent skilled home health PT experience is required,
•BCLS certification required,
•Reliable transportation is required for travel between patient locations,
•OASIS experience is preferred but not required; please specify if not experienced,
•Must provide at least two supervisory references from within the last three years covering comparable specialty or setting,
•Pending licenses will be accepted,

Additional Information

•Must be able to travel within a radius potentially exceeding 50 miles; system groups clients to minimize drive time,
•Mileage reimbursement is offered at the IRS standard rate,
•No on-call responsibility is required for this assignment,
•Modules required pre-start and annually, averaging 16 hours to complete,
•Free parking available,
•First-time travelers are not accepted for this role,
•Must not have been a perm staff within the last 3 months or reside within 50 miles if a former perm staff,
•RTO must be confirmed with the hiring manager, and minimal RTO is preferred,
