The Viticulture Technician is responsible for supporting technical viticulture program within their assigned ranches and participating in the Technical Viticulture team efforts and projects within the company. Scouts for vineyard pest and diseases, conducts vineyard sampling and yield estimation activities, and reports on cultural operations to provide feedback to Operations and Technical Viticulture to ensure fruit consistently meets quality, quantity, and fiscal targets. Support relationships between Internal Vineyard Operations, Grower Relations, Winemaking, and other Constellation regional departments with a One-Team culture. Ensure technical viticulture policies, SOPs, and vineyard trials are executed to achieve a best-in-class winegrowing program within the region. Actively participate in continuing education opportunities on relevant topics such as sustainability, labor, economics, and pest management. Responsibilities.
