At NorthBay Health, the Social Media / Engagement Specialist oversees and manages all aspects of our social media presence while also coordinating and managing events. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our healthcare systems brand awareness, engagement, patient education across various platforms and report on the effectiveness of our social media initiatives.
