Description of Position: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team at an innovative ergonomic office products company in Petaluma, California. As the Shipping Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate shipment of all products. Your primary focus will be to prepare and process all daily product shipments, striving to ship all orders by the end of the day. You will work closely with the Logistics Supervisor and cross-train on various shipping department activities. Job Responsibilities:Prepare orders for shipping and ensure accuracy of the shipments. Verify that all shipments are complete, reporting any discrepancies to the Lead. Process outbound packages using UPS and FedEx systems. Handle carrier shipments and ensure their proper processing.
