In this role, you will be accountable for achieving revenue targets within your assigned region and ensuring consistent year-over-year growth. Your expertise will make you the go-to person for your respective line of business, working closely with management to develop and implement effective market strategies and business goals.

You will attend business development and regional sales meetings, facilitating communication among local specialists and account managers. Your mission is to enable our sales teams to proactively identify customer needs and articulate a compelling value proposition beyond just pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of key accounts and be accountable for meeting designated revenue goals.
  • Provide technical expertise in planning and executing strategies for the assigned line of business.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sales activities and business opportunities.
  • Assist in managing significant project scopes and customer engagements as needed.
  • Collaborate as an active member of the marketing team to target specific verticals, leveraging local sales and operations for revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of technical, market trends, and a comprehensive understanding of competitors and their offerings.
  • A B.S./B.A. degree in Environmental Science or Business Management is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial management, logistics, or sales.
  • Proficient negotiating skills are essential for success.
