Join our innovative environmental construction company, dedicated to providing comprehensive, turnkey solutions for various environmental challenges including soil, vapor, air, and water management. We cater to both public and private-sector clients, offering diverse services such as soil and groundwater remediation, decommissioning, sensitive habitat restoration, and air and water pollution treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preconstruction activities, encompassing job setup, subcontracting, vendor negotiations, scheduling, submittals, and plan development.
• Facilitate effective handoffs from estimators to project managers, ensuring project scope, budget, and critical timelines are met according to established processes.
• Act as the main contact for all project communications, ensuring accurate distribution and centralized documentation for team members and sub-consultants.
• Monitor project costs, prepare change order estimates, and submit monthly pay applications to reflect project scope changes and budget needs.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams, including Superintendents and Foremen, to promote accountability and successful project delivery.
• Build and maintain business relationships, conduct post-project evaluations with actionable insights, and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment using effective project management tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of direct project management experience in heavy civil projects.
• Proven experience in environmental remediation initiatives.
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification or 8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher preferred; training will be offered.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
