Processing & Loan Support. Review initial loan files for completeness and accuracy before submission to underwriting. Collect and verify borrower documentation (income, assets, disclosures, etc.)Order and follow up on third-party items such as title, VO - Es, VODs, insurance, and appraisals. Communicate proactively with borrowers, loan officers, and processors to keep files moving. Maintain loan files within LOS (Encompass, Blend, etc.) and ensure compliance with lending guidelines. Submit clean files to underwriting and assist with clearing conditions. Track and manage loan pipeline activity to ensure deadlines are met. Help with marketing duties customer service and follow up as assigned. Branch Operations Support. Serve as a point of contact between loan officer and internal team for day-to-day file coordination.
