Respond TO Guest Inquiries And Requests In Resolving Guest Complaints.
Uphold The Highest Standards Of Cleanliness, Sanitation, Safety, And Conduct.
Ensures Proper Communication Within The Department And Other Departments.
Prepare Performance Reports Related To The Front Office Operations As Needed By The Front Office Manager.
Ensure That All Hilton Standards Are Met On A Consistent Basis.
Ensure That Reward Standards Enrollments Are Met Each Month.
Excellent Computer And People Skills.
Hilton OnQ or PEP Experience Preferred, Not Required.
Must Have Flexible Availability For Am, Pm, Nigh Audit Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays.
Basic Reading, Writing And Math Skills.
Other Job Duties As Required By Management.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One to three months in related experience and/or training.
