Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social work and be skilled in crisis intervention, behavioral health, and addiction counseling. This role is essential in providing support and resources to individuals and families facing various challenges, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to improve their quality of life.
Duties
- Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and management services to individuals in distress.
- Offer addiction counseling and support for clients struggling with substance abuse issues.
- Facilitate access to behavioral health services, including therapy and rehabilitation programs.
- Mentor clients through motivational interviewing techniques to encourage positive change.
- Supervise case management processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with community resources, including Section 8 housing assistance and child welfare services.
- Support workforce development initiatives by helping clients gain employment skills and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
Facility Requirements -
Minimum 2 years of Social Worker exp required.
