Job Title: Surgical Tech / OR Tech

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Pay: $41/hour

Duration: 13-week contract | Start: Sept 8, 2025 | End: Dec 8, 2025

Schedule: 36 hrs/week guaranteed | 12-hour shifts | Start times: 7am, 9am, or 11am

Shift Requirements:

• Weekend shifts: 3 per schedule
• On-call: 1 weeknight/week + every 2nd or 3rd Sat/Sun (20-min response time)
• No block scheduling

Facility Type: Short-Term Acute Care 80 beds

Charting System: Epic

Scrub Colors Provided: OR/L&D/PACU

Parking: Free onsite

Required Experience:

• Minimum 1 year as Surgical Tech
• Must have experience in: Outpatient, Community Hospital, ORTHO, Neuro, Vascular
• Preferred: Inpatient, Trauma
• First-time travelers welcome

Certifications:

• BLS required
• No national certification required

Other Notes:

• No local candidates accepted
• No pending state licenses accepted
• All RTO must be submitted with application
• Facility may call off 1 shift every 2 weeks
