Include: Ensure the safety of the facilities department by developing, reviewing, and revising operating procedures. Oversee the implementation of park and department policies and procedures Maintain documentation of training certifications, maintenance and safety standards. Develop and maintain daily operation and rehab projects. Lead and schedule all assigned facilities shops to ensure all work assignments are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Preparing and coordinating all tools, equipment, and materials required for projects. Working to continuously improve employee morale Handling team member questions and concerns. Lead, discipline, motivate and manage staff to achieve department goals.
