At NorthBay Health the Environmental Services Manager reports directly to the Director of Environmental Services and is responsible for overseeing Environmental Services operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, equipment, and resource management. This role ensures that NorthBay Healthcare facilities are maintained in a safe, clean, and orderly manner. Responsibilities include coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting disciplinary actions. Additionally, this position ensures the availability of adequate supplies and equipment in compliance with standards set by the Infection Control and Value Analysis committees. The manager develops and monitors ES and Linen Quality Assurance indicators for NorthBay Medical Center and Vaca.
