Master Scheduler will play a crucial role in the Supply Chain Operations team, reporting directly to the Director of Supply Chain Operations within Global External Operations. This role is essential in ensuring the reliable supply of products to a global patient population by translating production plans into material inventory and production requirements. The incumbent will also act as the linkage between strategy and tactical execution, facilitating plant governance and ensuring alignment between strategic and tactical plans. Responsibilities. Implement and maintain rigorous Planning processes within the Supply Chain Operations team to ensure continuous product supply to patients. Develop and actively manage process metrics for Planning that measure effectiveness towards achieving goals and provide visibility to improvement opportunities. Lead and participate in investigations and subsequent Root Cause Analysis, resolving issues and providing permanent corrective actions.
