NOC Shift - Monday - Wednesday | 10:30pm - 7am.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Patient Registration & Front Desk Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This role is responsible for managing patient check-ins, verifying insurance and identity, handling admissions paperwork, and supporting front desk operations in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

• Register patients and accurately enter demographic information into the system.

• Verify patient identity using photo ID and confirm insurance coverage.

• Determine patient payment responsibilities and assist with financial options if needed.

• Explain and collect signed consent forms and admissions paperwork.

• Answer multi-line phone systems and route calls appropriately.

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Experience using EMR systems, preferably Epic.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in medical office administration is a plus.

• Prior experience in a healthcare front office or patient registration role preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
