Responsibilities:

1. Perform customer sales and service
2. Ensure merchandising and compliance with all company policies
3. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone
4. Set up promotional signage
5. Enforce company policies
6. Learn and communicate product descriptions
7. Propose add-on sales
8. Manage merchandise from storage and on the sales floor
9. Handle store opening and closing procedures
10. Train new associates
11. Supervise sales and cashier staff
12. Control inventory and enforce loss prevention policies

Requirements:

1. Must be 21 years or older
2. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; relevant experience is acceptable
3. Basic organizational and math skills
4. Subject to E-Verify upon acceptance
5. Ability to lift light to moderate loads, with or without accommodation
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
7. Flexible schedule

California Pay Scale: $16.50 - $19.45/hour, depending on store location.
