The Role

We're looking for an Accountant with commercial real estate experience who enjoys variety and ownership in their work. You'll be hands-on with a diverse portfolio, handling full-cycle accounting while working side-by-side with a supportive Controller and finance team.

Day-to-Day, You'll:

• Manage accounting for multiple real estate entities.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financials.
• Reconcile bank accounts, tenant ledgers, and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with budgets, cash flow projections, and variance analysis.
• Support audits, tax filings, and compliance.
• Look for ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and property accounting.
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar software.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• A self-starter who works well independently but thrives in a team setting.
