HVAC/MEP Project Manager

Position Overview
The HVAC/MEP Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC/MEP projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Manage project documentation and ensure all records are maintained accurately.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in HVAC/MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
