In this role you will target key education decision makers to provide solutions that accelerate student success toward district initiatives. Territory management will focus on identifying new business opportunities and providing training while developing existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate is high-energy, results-driven, organized, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, and has an understanding of the educational sales process.Core ResponsibilitiesTarget new/existing customer base to drive new product sales, aligned to marketing and regional sales strategies. Cultivate new relationships, educate prospects, and ultimately drive new sales to exceed revenue targets.Develop positive relationships and handle customers needs.Conduct webinars, sales presentations, and perform calls and emails necessary to develop a strong relationship with prospects. Follow sales cycle from inception to close and implementation.Create an ongoing plan for prioritization of customer calls, emails and scheduled appointments to drive sales pipeline advancement, accurate forecasting and quota achievement.Effectively maintain and grow knowledge of accounts, Robolink offerings and key trends in education to develop credibility amongst customers and internal colleagues.Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.

Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelors Degree in business or related field and 5+ years of experience in K12 technology/educational sales or 5+ years in education with demonstrated capabilities to transition into an education sales role.Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Google office suite (will train if coming out of the classroom).Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills, with experience presenting to customers.Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.Time management and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility and adaptability to change.Requires some travel, 20-25%.Pass a criminal background check.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance.401K Retirement Plan.Generous paid time off policies to include vacation, sick and holidays.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Supplemental benefits and Employee Assistance Program.Mileage ReimbursementCell Phone ReimbursementThe opportunity to grow your career in a profitable high-growth startup.The chance to achieve our vision for education with an incredible international team.CompensationStarting base salary is $85,000/year.With commission incentives, on target earnings are expected to be $170,000/year.
