Responsibilities: • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Assist clients in buying or selling properties under the guidance of experienced mentors. • Participate in shadowing opportunities to gain hands-on experience. • Attend weekly team meetings, in-person workshops, and training sessions to build foundational skills. • Work closely with mentors and coaches to develop your expertise in client relations and real estate transactions. • Utilize proven Twin Oaks systems and tools to generate leads and manage your business effectively. • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide excellent customer service. • Stay up-to-date on market trends and local real estate regulations. Qualifications: • Great communication and social skills • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Self-motivation and drive • Tech savvy • Show good organizational and time management skills • A valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for real estate. • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. • A commitment to participating in training programs and shadowing opportunities. • Basic proficiency with technology and willingness to learn real estate tools. • Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000+ Annually at plan commission

Compensation:
$50,000-$150,000 per year
