Hiring all levels - Line Cook 1, 2 & 3

JOB SUMMARY:

We're looking for Prep and Line Cooks to join our culinary team, helping to craft fresh, high-quality dishes that keep guests coming back for more. You'll play a key role in food prep, grilling, sautéing, plating, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and efficiency. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare fresh ingredients and execute dishes with precision, following standardized recipes.
• Work various stations, including grill, sauté, fry, and cold prep, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
• Support service by preparing dishes efficiently during busy shifts.
• Assist in inventory management, proper food storage, and waste reduction.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including obtaining required certifications.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by kitchen leadership.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is required.
• Valid Food Handler's Certification (must meet state requirements).
• Strong work ethic, teamwork mentality, and ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
