We are a luxury eyewear brand with boutiques in Venice, New York, San Francisco, and Paris, focusing on art, architecture, and culture to create eyewear that transcends trends. Our San Francisco location in Hayes Valley is looking for a new Store Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences.

About You

You are a licensed optician who prides yourself on providing an elevated customer service experience. With a background in luxury eyewear sales and optical management, you are dedicated to creating personalized encounters for each client. Your passion for quality, design, and fashion shines through in all that you do.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a premier client experience, assisting customers in selecting the ideal frames and prescription lenses.
• Educate clients on the unique products and craftsmanship, embodying the brand's values with confidence.
• Foster loyalty among clients through exceptional service and relationship management.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Oversee daily boutique operations, including sales processes and Rx lens ordering.
• Mentor and support retail sales associates to enhance store performance.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Ophthalmic Dispensing is preferred (ABO certification supported and sponsored if not yet licensed).
• 2+ years of sales experience in luxury eyewear or premium luxury retail environments.
• Professional background in dispensing as a licensed optician.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-centric approach.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
