Job Title: SLS Direct Support Professional/Caregiver Location: Vacaville, CA Job Type: Full-Time (Mon-Fri 2PM-10PM and Sat 12PM-10PM) Pay Range: $21/hour

Company Overview: Optimum Care SLS II is a trusted Supported Living Services (SLS) provider for the North Bay Regional Center. We support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Sonoma, Napa, and Solano Counties, helping them live independently and with dignity.

Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dependable SLS Direct Support Professional/Caregiver to provide in-home and community-based support. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in caregiving, behavioral health, or nursing who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, grooming, transportation, recreation, meals)

Support medication reminders and health monitoring

Provide transportation to appointments and community outings

Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment

Encourage independence and social engagement

Document services and report changes in client condition

REQUIREMENTS:

1+ year of caregiving or DSP experience

Valid driver's license

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Negative TB test (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to pass background and DMV checks

Flexible schedule (including weekends/overnights)
