Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insulation Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and organizational skills, a clean driving record, and experience in construction estimating (preferred, but not required). You must be proactive, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform takeoffs and generate detailed estimates for insulation projects.
• Visit and walk jobsites to gather necessary information for accurate bidding.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the field.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor and manage your projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
• Track bids, deadlines, and follow up with potential customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction estimating (preferred but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clean driving record (required)
• Comfortable with driving to job sites and conducting on-site evaluations.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans (preferred)
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Team player with a strong work ethic
