The Practice Leader manages and provides operational leadership to assigned areas of the Marin. Health Medical Network Ambulatory Clinics ensuring they meet the Marin. Health enterprise-wide goals and initiatives of safety, affordability, quality, satisfaction, and access. Plans and organizes operations and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care consistent with best practices. Proactively manages policy and procedure, guaranteeing compliance with the clinic, affiliates, vendors, the Marin. Health enterprise, and state and federal regulatory agencies where applicable. Takes a strategic and tactical approach in identifying best practices, standardizing workflows, and proposing plans of action to implement changes. Implements and manages capital and operational budgets to achieve financial targets through the effective use of personnel, resources, and supplies.
