Job Profile

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Head of GTM Productivity to partner with Amagi's Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and work closely with the GTM leadership team and cross-functional partners. This role is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of Amagi's go-to-market organization by driving productivity and operational excellence across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing.


The Head of GTM Productivity will lead initiatives that enhance sales velocity, optimize customer-facing processes, and ensure GTM teams are equipped with the right tools, content, and training. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and deep understanding of SaaS GTM motions in global markets.


Key Responsibilities

GTM Productivity

  • Build and scale programs that improve ramp time, win rates, and quota attainment.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to design training, playbooks, and certification programs.
  • Drive adoption of tools and systems (CRM, sales intelligence, content management) to streamline workflows.

Operational Excellence

  • Establish and manage GTM operating cadences including pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy, and productivity dashboards.
  • Partner with RevOps and Finance to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that accelerate revenue growth.
  • Lead initiatives in territory planning, account segmentation, and sales coverage optimization.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Build bridges across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure cohesive execution of GTM strategy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align messaging, campaigns, and programs that support field productivity.
  • Act as a thought partner to the CRO on scaling GTM efficiency globally.

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Partner with People/HR teams to align training, onboarding, and career development with GTM needs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.
  • Provide coaching, leadership, and mentorship to GTM productivity and operations teams.


Skills and Expertise Required

  • 10+ years of experience in sales roles, sales operations, or revenue productivity roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or Media/Tech industries.
  • Proven track record of improving GTM productivity through strategic initiatives and programs, process optimization, and technology adoption.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM models (enterprise, channel/partner, subscription, ad-supported).
  • Exceptional project management and analytical skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with experience working directly with senior leaders.
  • Ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment with high expectations and competing priorities.
