Travis Credit Unions (TCU) Marketing Strategist is responsible for supporting all levels of staff within TCU with relevant research and analytics to aide in decision making and to evaluate the success of our marketing initiatives. They are the organizations go to resource for executing quantitative and qualitative direct response marketing research projects designing the research instruments, conducting analysis assisting with the interpretation of research findings, and creating deliverables that support initiatives. Through management and reporting on key metrics, this role determines the return on investment (ROI) of TCUs marketing programs.
